Patient Care Manager

Karen has been one of the patient care team at RHG since May 2014 and is now using her extensive experience of patient liaison to manage the team of patient co-ordinators at RHG-IVF Life. From initial enquiry to final appointment, the patient care team provides a continuous point of contact for all patients, ensuring their experience is positive throughout, and Karen is the main contact for all those patients who are currently in-treatment at RHG-IVF Life.

Danielle Featherstone

Patient Care Co-ordinator

Danielle originally joined RHG in November 2016 as one of the finance team.  Enjoyment of her regular contact with patients in this role led to her new position as a patient care co-ordinator, liaising particularly with new enquirers through attending a webinar, or a free 15-minute Zoom consultation with one of the doctors, to their first visit appointment at RHG.  Danielle is a designated contact for new patients right up to when their treatment begins, answering questions and offering support through these first crucial stages of their journey.

Patient Care Co-ordinator

Amy joined RHG-IVF Life in 2018 as one of the patient care team. She is responsible for booking new appointments for our fertility consultants at RHG, as well as the urologists and gynaecologist.  She meets new patients to ensure that all their paperwork is registered and, after their appointments, she checks that they have all the information they need and answers any questions about their treatment packages.  She also assists with the patient care co-ordination of current patients – including booking follow up consultations, arranging blood tests, scans, and consents.

Sue Faulkner

Patient Care Co-ordinator

Sue is one of patient care team who works on the reception desk, meeting and greeting all patients and visitors to the clinic.  Sue joined RHG-IVF Life in 2017, with many years of reception experience, which she uses every day, especially when reassuring patients who may be anxious about their appointments.  Sue supports the nursing and clinical teams by ensuring all clinic lists are available, and, currently, she temperature checks visitors on arrival, as part of the pandemic policy.  Hers is one of the voices that will answer your phone call and direct you to whomever you need to speak to within the team.

Diane Lomas

Patient Care Co-ordinator

Diane joined in 2020 and is one of the first voices and faces to greet you by phone or in person when you contact or visit the clinic. From reception she meets and greets patients and other visitors, makes appointments, takes payments, and directs enquiries to other members of the team.  She also ensures patients’ paperwork is scanned onto the electronic patient records.

Amy Uzell – Medical Secretary
